Goring Road Runners
The club meets at the Sidney Walter Centre in Worthing during the winter. In the summer months we meet at various locations for off road run on the downs. Training nights are 7pm Tuesdays and Thursdays with a monthly schedule of long and short runs, speed work and hill reps though groups can run whatever distance they feel like on the evening.

A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a Web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.
Currently we operate an ‘implied consent’ policy which means that we assume you are happy with this usage. If you are not happy, then you should either not use this site, or you should delete your stored cookies after having visited the site, or you should browse the site using your browser’s anonymous usage setting (called “Incognito” in Chrome, “InPrivate” for Internet Explorer, “Private Browsing” in Firefox and Safari).
The Goring Road Runners site stores other temporary internet files on each computer, (eg GIF, PNG files and Java scripts), to aid and improve the loading of site images and plug-ins, (such as the weather information).
These files can be deleted at any time from the IE Tools\Internet Options using the “delete browsing history” options.
As well as the “Anonymous use” setting mentioned above, you also have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to restrict or decline cookies if you prefer. In IE the setting is located on the Internet explorer ‘Privacy’ tab; setting at “Medium” or higher will control whether cookies are stored or not. Note that if you choose to decline cookies completely, you may find your experience of other Web sites you visit impacted.
If you do not know what cookies are, or how to control or delete them, you may wish to visit www.aboutcookies.org/ which contains comprehensive information on how to do this on a wide variety of browsers. You will also find details on how to delete cookies from your computer as well as more general information about cookies.
